Recommended Materials: Mild steel (powder-coated), stainless steel 304, aluminium, ACP-backed sheet

Recommended Thickness & Assembly: MS 1.6 - 2 mm, stainless 1.0 - 1.5 mm, aluminium 2 - 3 mm. Weld or bolt into a box-section frame with a contrasting backer sheet. Louver slats and brass strips shown in the preview are fabricated separately.
